Any organization which is a startup, small or medium sized and struggling to grow quickly can potentially benefit form our advisory services. Organization specially in Technology, IT and BFSI space are likely to benefit the most, however business, technology and finance challenges in scaling are very similar across industries. 

We understand the organization, its vision and the challenges faced before engaging with them. We only want to be engaged if we believe that we can add value and based on that we suggest the engagement model. 

We do not want any organization not be engage with us for lack of current cash flow constraints. We are will to look at compensation structure of consulting fees, advisory shares or mix of both depending on what may work best with the promoters of the company. 

We are open to work on various models including specific assignment, however our preferred model is long term partnership to ensure that organization realize the value for which they decided to partner with us.
