IIT Delhi & IIM Calcutta background with 30+ years of IT experience in Financial industry, working with Multinational Bank and IT Product company, Experience in building products in lending space , implementing and supporting customers on mission critical applications across the globe. 

Chartered Accountant with 25 + years of experience in finance and operations and CFO in IT companies. Has handled  all aspects of M&A, Corporate finance, Treasury, Corporate Governance, Employee Benefits, FPA and Business MS,  Cash Flow Optimization.  Cost and Management Control, External & Internal reporting, Strategic Operations Planning, Legal Compliance, Corporate Law, Revenue assurance, Commercial Contract of Key contracts , Indian GAAP and USGAAP reporting, outsourced accounting teams.
